Our company has approved procedures and welders in these processes:Tig, MIG/ MAG and Electrode in Both Stainless Steel and Iron.

TIG

It is characterized using a permanent tungsten electrode,sometimes alloyed with thorium or zirconium in percentages not exceeding 2%.

MIG/MAG

It is a process of arc welding under protective gas with a consumable electrode, the arc is produced by an electrode formed by a continuous wire and the parts to be joined, this being protected from the surrounding atmosphere by an inert gas (MIG welding) or by an active gas (MAG welding).

Electrode

The fundamental element of this process is the electrode, which establishes the arc, protects the fusion bath and when consumed, produces the contribution of material, which together with the molten material of the base metal, will constitute the weld.
